<p><a href="https://shackletoncompany.com/" target="_blank" title="Shackleton" rel="noopener noreferrer">Shackleton</a><span> </span>is an authentic made-in-Britain brand, inspired by the legendary Antarctic explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton, and part-owned by his granddaughter, The Hon. Alexandra Shackleton.<br><br>Beginning life as Britain's first banjo manufacturer in more than 60 years (and still creating fabulous handmade instruments in the Norfolk factory), Shackleton is now a producer of superb quality and timelessly stylish knitwear, outerwear and footwear: all produced in British factories and workshops.<br><br>The brand’s signature roll-neck sweater, knitted in British-grown wool, is a replica of Sir Ernest Shackleton’s own sweater, worn on the Endurance expedition of 1914-16.</p>
