We’re totally thrilled about it.

When considering which agency will win the ‘Best Shopify Plus Agency’ award, Yotpo took specific projects that showcase those agencies’ expertise into consideration. For Underwaterpistol, this project was our work with Arighi Bianchi.

We started working with <a href="https://www.arighibianchi.co.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Arighi Bianchi</a> in 2020. It was the same year that lockdowns meant we were all stuck at home, surrounded by our furniture, more than ever before. This unusual and unpredicted situation led to a surge in the home and interior industry, which Arighi Bianchi recognised. They seized the opportunity to carry out a full ecommerce overhaul and rebrand to propel their business into the new era of homeware, and they came to us to help them do it. 
Arighi Bianchi experienced great results when we revamped their <a href="https://www.underwaterpistol.com/blogs/our-work/arighi-bianchi" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">email and SEO strategies</a> with creative and data-led solutions. Then, they were ready for the full rebrand.
 
<h2>Arighi Bianchi’s ecommerce transformation </h2>
 
We managed Arighi Bianchi’s rebrand from start to finish. First, we developed a new look and feel that gives their classic heritage brand image a contemporary edge. This included producing a new logo, new typography, new colourways and new visual direction. New everything to future-proof Arighi Bianchi’s aesthetic, both online and offline. 
Once we’d defined the branding – including a cerulean blue that’s become the brand’s signature shade – our team of designers worked it into wireframes, optimised with <a href="https://www.underwaterpistol.com/pages/ecommerce-design-build" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">UX best practises</a>. Our goals were to not just give Arighi Bianchi a thumb-stopping aesthetic, but to elevate the site’s functionality for easy browsing and a joyful user journey. Furniture shopping should be exciting, and the swish, fast, seamless site our developers built brings that to life.

But, there’s more. Part of modernising a brand is upgrading its digital solutions, and social media plays a pivotal role in driving sales. On Instagram, interior accounts that give followers a peek at aspiration lifestyles are thriving. To show just how covetable Arighi Bianchi’s pieces are, we integrated user generated content on the site with Yotpo. We then worked with them on incorporating individual product reviews on product detail pages, furthering the trust cues that excite, engage and persuade shoppers to go ahead and get that sofa of dreams.  
The continuation of this new <a href="https://www.underwaterpistol.com/pages/services" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">digital marketing strategy</a> took Arighi Bianchi’s newly launched site to new heights, resulting in a 54% increase in overall conversion rate and a 44% increase in online revenue. They are really happy with the results of the ongoing project and - quite frankly - so are we.
