Job Description

Underwaterpistol is looking for an experienced Conversion Optimisation Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for managing, testing and implementing conversion points in the marketing funnel.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Improve the conversion rates for our retainer clients
  • Create a broad conversion rate optimisation strategy that works for existing clients and can be sold into new clients
  • Carry out UX audits to discover blockers and identify improvements
  • Analyse Google Analytics and any other available data
  • Manage and optimise landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs) and lead-generating forms
  • Perform user testing
  • A/B and multivariate test with Google Optimise or similar tools
  • Brainstorm new plans for improving conversions and present these to the team and clients
  • Deliver split tests with a high success rate
  • Recommend appropriate tech partners to our clients to increase conversion
  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for blogging, email, social media, in order to optimise each conversion path
  • Increase conversion rates and drive marketing-qualified leads for our sales team
  • Increase funnel marketing efficiencies

Required Skills and Experience

  • Strong experience in ecommerce
  • Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing and inbound marketing tactics
  • Proficiency using smart CTAs and smart forms

Nice To Have

  • Digital agency experience
  • Experience with Shopify
